These are now our go to guys! So nice. So professional. So good at what they do. The first time we had them out was after Snowmageddon in 2021. We had been without water throughout it all, of course. I made an appointment with another company to have them come out and help us. The appointment was scheduled for a week out because they were so booked. It sucked, but it was completely understandable. (We went almost a month total with no water.) Our day finally comes and...no show, no call. I'm a disabled single mother and one of my children, my son, is autistic with health problems. We also do animal rescue and had dozens of animals in our care. I was fumming! When I finally got a hold of that company, they absolutely did not care that they had done this to us and basically said they would show up if and when they felt like it. When I discovered Brooks Plumbing, I didn't have much hope. We had been screwed over by half the local companies during the 22 years we've lived in this house. Brooks sent out great guys who did great work. They were awesome! Flash forward to a few days ago... We've had a broken toilet in my son's bathroom for about a year. (No money to replace it.) I finally get a complete new toilet and kit. Then, I start pricing having it installed. I swear, I nearly had a heart attack! One company wanted $350 to just swap out the toilet that I had purchased myself! Oh! That was the STARTING price! Brooks ended up doing the job for less than half that, including the cost of mileage. (We live about half an hour outside of Palestine, so we always have to pay a little extra for any services.) Brooks will continue to be the company I call on for all of my plumbing needs!
